The Executive, Government Relation serves as a vital link between the private company and various government entities at local, state levels, focused on developing, maintaining, and enhancing collaborative relationships with government officials and agencies to advocate for the company’s interests, ensure regulatory compliance, and influence public policy in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Crewing Responsibilities


Arranging Aramco ID for Shore staffs, offshore Crew, and third-party contactors on daily basis from ARAMCO ID offices.
Arranging Cost guard, Zawil pass (Saudi Govt Port entry pass) for Shore staffs, offshore Crew, and third-party contactors on daily basis.
Represent the company in coordinating and resolving all operational and administrative issues at the Aramco office and port.


Base Office Responsibilities

  • Assist with vehicle accident cases, including completing government procedures for insurance claims.
  • Arrange Aramco vehicle stickers for the Safaniyah office and third-party contractors’ vehicles.
  • Provide hospital assistance for onshore and offshore crew, including follow-up and coordination
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with government officials, agencies, and relevant bodies to support the organization's objectives
  • Manage all visa processes, including Iqama renewal, cancellation, exit\re-entry permits, and other employee related documentations
  • Oversee and ensure the timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and registrations( eg. MISA, Municipality licenses, Civil Defence etc.)
  • Ensure the organization adheres to government laws, and regulations by coordinating with internal departments, and managing correspondence.
  • Visit and represent the company at any government agency when necessary
  • Provide support to Operation, Technical and Crewing when required.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Preferably with a Diploma or Degree
  • Experience in roles focused on public affairs, Legislative Experience, Regulatory Knowledge
  • Relationship management with the client and government agencies, strong knowledge of government systems and procedures ,time management skills.
