Job Summary

Assistant Engineer, Hull & Outfitting responsible for preparing and reviewing hull and outfitting engineering drawings, 3D models, and production documents to support shipbuilding, ship repair, and conversion projects. Coordinate with production teams, clients, and classification societies to ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, and class regulations, while providing technical support to resolve engineering issues during project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• To follow the Safety Rules and Regulation set refers to Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Environmental Policy by the yard.
• Comply with manager, supervisors, Designer and Owner instructions and perform to achieve quality work.
• Perform modeling, assembly, nesting drawing for new building, repair/upgrade & conversion.
• To check & troubleshoot in case have issue on site during progress of the project
• Review and checking design drawing to suit customer satisfaction and classification society.
• To achieve KPI engineering department

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma (D3/D4) in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related
• Min. 2 years of experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, offshore, or marine engineering projects discipline
• Proficient in AVEVA Marine, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software
• Ability to review engineering drawings and technical documents independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in coordinating with clients, classification societies and production teams.
