Job Summary

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Responsible to complete the vessel piping works as per instructions of his Charge Hand to meet the Yard Schedule by maintaining standard.
2. Operate pipe cutting, bending, and bevelling machines.
3. To processed provided material as per required arrangement from drawing.
4. Ensure proper machine setup, alignment, and maintenance.
5. Having good traceability with the material within workshop boundary.
6. Assist in material shifting process within workshop fabrication sequences.
7. Follow the Time Keeping and Discipline in working.
8. To follow the Safety Rules and Regulation set refer to Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Environmental Policy by the yard.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Experience

1. 1 or more years experiences as machine operator or 3 years as pipe fitter in pre-fabrication process in Shipbuilding or Oil and Gas Industry.
2. Able to interpret spool drawing, isometric, and sketches.
3. Competent and proofed to using variance type of machines.
4. Basic understanding of material types and pipe schedule.
5. Must be proactive and willing to learn.
6. Good attitude.
