Job Summary
This position is responsible for handling payroll management, HRIS administration, reporting, and coordinating daily HR administrative support and other HR operational activities across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure personnel records are maintained, updated and accurate
- Maintain HRIS system and all Personnel File records
- Work closely with Finance for monthly payroll reporting such as budgeting, Forecast, actuarial data & assist data for audit.
- Keep track on the employees’ benefits, attendance, etc
- Liaise with HR and statutory government authorities to ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll, Income Tax submission, tax clearance (IR21), annual tax filing requirement (IR8A), Mindef E-services etc
- Ensure Jamsostek requirement is fully implemented.
- Assist in annual salary review and variable bonus scheme
- Update database and maintain proper filing system to ensure easy retrieval by authorized users
- Prepare and monitor daily employee overtime report and ensure is in accordance with statutory
- Assist in preparing HR report in accordance with legislated requirements and organization needs
- Provide full spectrum of administration support within the HR function
- Supervise the sub ordinate on work result
- Maintain the Payroll work system with effectively & efficiency.
- Provide support for specific tasks on ad-hoc basis as and when required
- Support other tasks need in HR
- To follow the Safety Rules and Regulation set refer to Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Environmental Policy by the yard

Key Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, computer sciences, accounting or related fields With HR system support experiences required
- At least 5 years of HR experience in similar capacity
- Must understand the system development lifecycle process
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work interdependent and as part of a team
- Work experience with the HRIS used in the company (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) is a plus
- Experience in working in an agile delivery environment
- Independent, resourceful and self-driven with high level of initiative and possess good follow up skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of HR work
Education
Bachelors in Information Systems
Diploma in Human Resources
