Job Summary

  • To support and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between tenants, maintaining cleanliness and service standards and delivering a positive customer experience

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operation Management
  • Support and assist Food Street Executive in managing day-to-day food street activities.
  • Ensure facilities (lighting, air-conditioning, equipment) are functioning properly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the food street.
  • Monitor waste management and cleanliness practices.
  1. Tenant Coordination 
  • Act as the main point of contact for all food street’s tenants.
  • Ensure tenants comply with food safety and operational standards.
  • Assist tenants with operational issues or requests.
  • Resolve conflicts or issues between tenants.
  1. Customer Service
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints effectively.
  1. Financial Management
  • Oversee stock ordering and inventory control to maintain optimal supply levels and minimize waste.
  • Support Accounts department in collection of rents from tenants if require.

 

Key Requirements

  1. Candidates must be based in Johor Bahru City Square Mall. 
  2. Possess a minimum of Diploma qualification in Hospitality, Retailing and Property Management or equivalent.
  3. 1 to 3 years’ experience in F&B, retail or similar capacity within a shopping centre or property leasing would be an added advantage.
  4. Strong and good networking within the F&B industry.
  5. Knowledge and understanding of the shopping mall industry and market knowledge of retail performance and trends.
  6. A team player and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
  7. Computer literate in Microsoft Office Application.
  8. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
