Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-consistent marketing materials that support the organization's marketing, communications, branding, and business objectives. The role works closely with the Marketing Communications team to develop creative assets for digital, print, social media, events, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Content Development
  Design marketing and promotional materials including:

▪ Social media graphics

▪ Digital advertisements

▪ Website banners and graphics

▪ Email marketing visuals

▪ Brochures, flyers, posters, and catalogs

▪ Presentation decks and corporate materials

▪ Develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

▪ Produce high-quality visual content that effectively communicates key messages.

 

2. Brand Management
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing and communication materials. 
• Maintain and update brand assets, templates, and design guidelines. 
• Support brand-building initiatives through creative visual storytelling. 

 

3. Marketing Campaign Support
• Collaborate with marketing executives and content creators to develop campaign visuals. 
• Design assets for product launches, promotions, events, and corporate campaigns. 
• Adapt creative materials for multiple platforms and audience segments. 

 

4. Digital Media Design
•Create graphics for social media platforms, websites, online advertising, and digital marketing campaigns. 
•Design engaging multimedia content such as animated graphics, GIFs, and simple motion videos where required. 
•Optimize visual assets for various digital channels and devices. 
 
5. Print Production
• Prepare artwork files for printing according to production specifications. 
• Coordinate with printers and external vendors to ensure quality output. 
• Review proofs and ensure final deliverables meet design and quality standards. 

 

6. Internal & Corporate Communications Support
•Design materials for internal communications, employee engagement programs, and corporate events. 
•Develop visual assets for reports, newsletters, announcements, and presentations. 
•Support employer branding and corporate communication initiatives. 

 

7. Project Management
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries. 
• Track project progress and communicate timelines effectively with stakeholders. 

 

8. Market & Design Trends Monitoring
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and digital marketing practices. 
• Recommend innovative creative approaches to enhance audience engagement and campaign effectiveness. 

Key Requirements

Minimum Certificate in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

Proficiency in design software such as:

  •  Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe After Effects  
  • Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video-editing tools 

Strong understanding of: 

  • Graphic design principles
  • Typography
  • Layout design
  • Color theory
  • Branding and visual communication
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media content requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
