Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Principal Engineer to lead the design and site delivery of Data Centre (DC) and mission-critical projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical systems, engineering design, and construction activities, with the ability to manage projects from design development through site execution and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and engineering activities for Data Centre projects.
• Review and coordinate HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, and fire protection system designs.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering submissions.
• Provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure all works comply with project requirements, codes, and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve design and site-related technical issues.
• Support project planning, progress monitoring, and successful project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers when required.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in mechanical design and delivery 
• Professional Engineer (Ir./PE) qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Hands-on experience delivering Data Centre projects is preferred
• Able to manage both design and site execution effectively.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced project environment.
