Job Summary

The role supports the daily operations in front office and resident service to ensure smooth operations and residents' satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

Administration duties: 

  • Compile monthly miscellaneous charges such as newspapers, laundry, carparking etc.
  • Prepare monthly report for resident’s birthday cake/gift.  


Apartments: 

  • Raise job requests via FCS1 for defects reported by residents and staff.
  • Conduct apartment site inspection during weekends, public holiday and after office hours. 

 

Front Office & Cashiering duties: 

  • Perform check-in and check-out activities.
  • Perform cashering duties which include but not limited to receive payment from residents, posting of payment transactions and miscellaneous charges in PMS.  
  • Prepare relevant forms and keycards for arriving residents.

 

Residents’ Matters: 

  • Assist with facilities bookings requests.
  • Plan and executive monthly resident’s activity.   
  • Assist with residents’ requests and complaints promptly.
  • Provide residents’ with information on in-house facilities, services and special events as required. 


Others:

  • Assist with adhoc assignments/projects assigned by Duty Managers and/or Guest Services Manager. 

Key Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in hotel / serviced apartments / customer service

Education

Diploma in Hospitality Management
