Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day Data Centre NOC operations, overseeing complex network components, network management, troubleshooting, maintenance of networks, servers, and telecom equipment. Perform network monitoring to detect and resolve issues promptly, including performance analysis, log review, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve connectivity, congestion, and hardware issues using monitoring tools.
• Incident Management: Record, escalate, and resolve incidents; collaborate with teams and vendors.
• Network Maintenance: Perform upgrades, updates, and configurations (preferred: Aruba, Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto).
• Documentation: Maintain network diagrams, configs, and procedures.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor metrics and implement improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Change Management: Plan, test, and implement changes with minimal disruption.
• Collaboration: Work with IT teams; communicate effectively with stakeholders and users (Thai & English).
• Manage IT assets (e.g., laptop configuration) and hardware/software inventory.
• Cyber Security: Detect threats and maintain ISO 27001:2022 compliance (highly preferred).
• Provide on-call support, disaster recovery assistance, and research new technologies.

Key Requirements

• Working Environment (Operations Team): Walking uneven terrain, work at heights, shifts >8 hours, coordinate tool use.
• Interpersonal Requirements: Calm under pressure, self-motivated, punctual, reliable, detail-oriented. Ability to work independently
• Proficient in TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, wireless, etc.
• Experience with Cisco, Huawei, Palo Alto.
• Cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 24/7 operational environment.
• Preferred: CCNP, JNCIA, Python automation, project leadership.
• Skills & Qualifications:
  • Troubleshoot Windows/EUC.
  • ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Microsoft Azure AD.
  • ITIL v3 (plus).
