Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support the management and maintenance of our premier retail and office portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations team in managing the service operations and maintenance of the mall and office building
  • Plan, formulate, manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the mall and office buildings.
  • Implement master schedule maintenance program for all M&E systems and services. This includes planning, managing and monitoring to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out to specifications with compliance to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure operational issues are identified and rectified promptly.
  • Set benchmarks for monitoring performance of key contractors, including regular audits, to ensure that expected standards are adhered to.
  • Responsible for operations budget, administration, and management of service contracts.
  • Responsible for the preparation and collation of relevant management reports.
  • Ensure compliance of Safety & Building regulations and all other statutory requirements, including Fire Safety & CERT regulations.
  • Review, improve and make recommendations on SOP and workflows to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review the facilities management programs and developments to ensure that the buildings perform at an optimum level.
  • Maintain good relations with tenants and provide support for Asset Enhancement Projects.
  • Collaborate with Group Operations to launch and implement ESG initiatives, etc, as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ or Electrical Engineering
  • 10 years of experience in retail real estate, mall management, property investment, or related fields.
  • Good communication skills in liaising with tenants and contractors
  • Deep understanding of retail evolution, placemaking, customer experience, and asset value drivers.
