Assistant Officer, Customer Service (Part Time)

Job Summary

This is a customer service role in Tanglin Mall. With the Customer Service Counter as the first point of contact for shoppers, it is crucial to maintain a balanced shift-work schedule for the Customer Service team to ensure efficiency and quality shoppers’ experience. The Customer Service team also take on the important role as the malls and loyalty programme ambassadors to create a pleasant customer service journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle all customer service-related matters at Customer Service Counter
  • Maintain high level of customer service standards
  • Handle enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
  • Brand ambassador of the mall, promoting Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities
  • Support Marcom in voucher sales, mall redemptions, loyalty program and any other marketing initiatives as and when required
  • Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements

  • Min GCE N Level qualification
  • Min 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CMS is advantageous
  • Fluent in English
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service excellence
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
