Job Summary

Corporate Finance Senior Executive supports the team in driving financial decision‑making through strong analytical work, robust financial modelling, and clear management presentation. This role contributes to key corporate initiatives — including M&A assessments, debt raising, and strategic projects — by working closely with both internal stakeholders and external advisors. This position plays a vital part in ensuring high‑quality analysis, accurate financial insights, and smooth execution of corporate finance activities. It is suited for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, valuation, and investment decisions.
  • Perform detailed financial analyses including profitability studies, variance analysis, scenario simulations, and sensitivity tests.
  • Support corporate transactions such as M&A evaluations, due diligence, capital raising, and strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with external advisors including financial advisors, consultants, banks, legal counsel, and auditors to support corporate exercises and ensure alignment of key deliverables.
  • Support debt raising activities, including preparation of financing materials, coordination with lenders, analysis of term sheets, and data preparation for credit assessments.
  • Prepare clear, structured presentations for communication with senior leadership.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy of financial outputs.
  • Participate actively in team learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of analytical frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • CFA is a plus but not compulsory.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong foundation in financial modelling, financial analysis, valuation methodologies, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with Bloomberg.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow alongside the team — open to feedback and keen to improve.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working under time pressure and managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
