
Job Summary
Great World Residences, a member of Kuok Group Singapore, is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives within the hospitality sector.
This role is responsible for driving digital marketing campaigns, content development, and brand initiatives to enhance visibility, engagement, and lead generation. The incumbent will also support key strategic projects, including the launch of the themed apartment, and the implementation of Omnichat solutions to strengthen the customer journey across digital touchpoints.
The role requires a proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership, who is able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes within tight timelines, while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to promote Great World Residences. This role contributes to building brand awareness, driving qualified leads, and supporting overall business performance.
The incumbent will also support key strategic initiatives, including the launch of the themed apartment. Given the pace of deliverables, this role requires a high level of ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting established timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels
- Develop and manage marketing content across various platforms, including website, social media, and EDMs
- Manage and optimise social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu, Line) to enhance brand presence
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, prepare reports and recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to support campaign execution and branding initiatives
- Support the execution of key projects, including the themed apartment launch, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and marketing activations
- Manage and maintain online listings, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards
- Collaborate with mall tenants to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives, promotions and partnerships
Key Requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably within hospitality or related industries
- Good understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong command of English is required; proficiency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is highly preferred to support bilingual communications and partnerships
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with RMS and CRM systems is an added advantage
