Key Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance for all activities within relevant regulatory framework and PaxOcean’s HSE Management System
• Support HSE Manager to implement and execute HSE Programs & Initiatives
• Plan, conduct and participate in audits to identify potential areas of improvement and best practices.
• Organise and conduct regular HSE site inspections with all relevant stakeholders and follow up on all identified non-conformances
• Function as a safety assessor as per relevant regulatory requirements
• Function as a Site Incident Controller (SIC) and lead the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) during emergency situations
• To serve as secretary for the Vessel Safety Coordination Committee (VSCC) for all assigned projects
• Initiate and conduct investigation for the purpose of identifying root causes upon any occurrences
• Liaise with relevant authorities as point of contact representing PaxOcean
• Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HSE Head

Key Requirements

• Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in the marine / shipyard / Oil & Gas industry
• Diploma / Degree in any Engineering field or related discipline
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
