Job Summary

The intern will work with our IT team on either:

• Data Engineering tasks on our Enterprise Data-Warehouse / Data lake platform.
• Data Analytics Initiatives – creating visualization and dashboards using Power BI / Tableau.
• Explore Business data for advanced analytics with machine learning algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and support data ingestion from various sources.
• Design the data structure to support analytics.
• Cleansing, parsing and validation of data.
• Build qualitative / quantitative analytics that support business decisions.
• Perform predictive / prescriptive analytics for business using ML algorithms.
• Automate Data Feeds and Dashboard Refresh.
• Design the visualization layer to represent data in most engaging ways.
• Design and train models for predictive / prescriptive analytics for business cases with recommendations.
• Present and promote user adoption of dashboards or reports.

Key Requirements

• Undergraduate with Data Computer Science, IT or business analytics related courses.
• Knowledge of Visualization tools such as Tableau / Power BI required.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL will be required.
• Knowledge of IBM SPSS Modeler, Orange will be advantageous.
