Job Summary

The candidate is required to work 12hours shifts independently performing deployment of tugboats to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management - Assigning tugs to specific vessels based on MPA guidelines and availability, ensuring efficient resource utilisation
• Maintaining communication with tug master, pilot, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth safe operation and coordination
• Continuously monitoring operation, adjusting plans as and when required, creation of work completion report
• Monitor service level and upkeep of customer satisfaction

Required Education & Qualifications

• GCE “O” / NITEC / SPM Form 5 equivalent

Requirements & Preferences 

• Familiarity with Singapore port operations and information.
• Understanding of Singapore port systems and procedures.
• Candidates with prior port agency knowledge and experience will be preferred.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts, including on public holidays. 
• Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to those with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• WIlling to be based in Pandan Location.
