
Job Summary
The Senior Executive – Rewards supports the delivery of compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries within the Global Rewards Center of Excellence (COE), while managing employee wellness programs specifically in Singapore. The role is responsible for executing established global reward frameworks and ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely operational delivery at the country and regional levels.
Working under the direction of Senior Global Rewards COE, this role administers compensation cycles, coordinates global benefits processes (including insurance renewals), manages vendor interactions, resolves operational issues, and contributes to process standardization and automation initiatives across geographies. The position requires strong attention to detail, cross-border coordination capability, data accuracy, and the ability to operate effectively within global governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Global Compensation Administration
• Support the execution of global annual salary review and incentive cycles, including data consolidation across countries.
• Assist in maintaining global job architecture, grading structures, and compensation databases.
• Participate in global and local salary surveys by compiling, validating, and submitting country data.
• Generate standardized global compensation reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and coordinate with regional HR and Payroll teams.
Global Benefits Operations
• Administer employee benefits processes across multiple countries in alignment with global benefits frameworks.
• Coordinate global insurance renewals (medical, life, disability, etc.) including data preparation, renewal analysis support, and broker engagement.
• Liaise with global and local brokers to follow up on operational matters and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Oversee and monitor employee benefits claims portals across regions.
• Review and validate multi-country benefits invoices prior to Finance processing.
• Track benefits utilization and prepare summary reports for Global Rewards COE review.
• Respond to benefits-related queries from HR and employees, ensuring adherence to local policies within global standards.
Singapore Wellness Program Management
• Coordinate and administer employee wellness programs specifically for Singapore.
• Manage relationships with wellness vendors and service providers in Singapore.
• Support planning and execution of wellness initiatives (e.g., health screenings, mental wellbeing programs, fitness campaigns).
• Track wellness program participation and engagement metrics.
• Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and identifying enhancement opportunities.
• Coordinate communication of wellness initiatives to employees in Singapore.
Operational Issue Management (Global Scope)
• Identify and resolve routine operational issues related to global compensation and benefits administration.
• Act as the coordination point between Global COE, regional HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors.
• Escalate policy-related or complex cross-border issues to Senior Global Rewards COE.
• Track recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery consistency across regions.
Process Standardization & Automation
• Support the standardization of rewards processes across countries to ensure consistency and governance.
• Identify manual, repetitive, or country-specific inefficiencies and propose automation opportunities.
• Assist in implementing workflow enhancements within HRIS and benefits systems.
• Maintain process documentation and global standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support system testing and process rollout initiatives for global rewards projects.
Governance & Compliance
• Ensure global rewards processes adhere to established governance standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation for audit purposes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Safeguard confidential employee compensation and benefits data in accordance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR where applicable).
Key Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR operations, preferably within a regional or global organization.
• Experience working with multi-country benefits programs or global insurance providers is preferred.
• Exposure to global salary surveys and cross-border compensation data management is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems required.
• Understanding of global governance frameworks and data privacy requirements is a plus.
Technical Skills
