Job Summary

Responsible for supervising and coordinating all electrical activities related to ship repair, conversion, and newbuilding projects. Ensures electrical works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and established work procedures. Leads and manages electrical personnel, monitors work progress, and supports the achievement of project schedules, productivity targets, and operational objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the performance of Electrical Department that works on Ship Repairs, Conversion and New Building Vessels.

Key Requirements

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years relevant experience at supervisory role or minimum 5 years without relevant supervisory experience.
• Sound knowledge of technical terminology, particularly on Trade Works Instruction and Procedures.
• Good leadership quality.

Education and Key Certifications Necessary

• Good spoken & written English and preferable well-spoken in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or Diploma.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Project.
