Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support the organization’s manpower needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers to source, assess, and hire qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with internal departments to understand and determine current and future recruitment needs.
  • Defining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for open positions.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through multiple channels, including the company career portal, recruitment sites, job boards, social media platforms, and, when required, offline media such as posters and flyers.
  • Actively supporting and strengthening employer branding initiatives by promoting the company as an employer of choice through consistent messaging, professional communication, and positive candidate experiences.
  • Screening and evaluating applications through CV reviews, phone calls, and email communications, including facilitating pre-interview assessments.
  • Preparing interview materials, compiling interview questions, and conducting in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinating closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment between recruitment outcomes and business needs.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and building strong relationships with potential candidates and past applicants to support future talent pipelines.
  • Developing and continuously improving recruitment strategies, processes, and procedures in line with industry trends and best practices, while staying informed of developments in talent acquisition and employer branding.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies and candidate profiles.
  • Excellent capability in screening candidates, preparing shortlists, and conducting structured interviews.
  • Experience in supporting employer branding initiatives and building strong, professional relationships with candidates.
  • Good understanding of recruitment documentation, hiring processes, and compliance, with the ability to stay current on industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
